FSWC’s programmes aim to make a tremendous impact on Canadian society by meeting diverse educational needs. Recently, 10,000 students in Toronto attended The Secret of Gabi’s Dresser, a theatrical production about the Holocaust and 800 students have been invited to screenings of the latest Moriah film documentary, I Have Never Forgotten You: The Life and Legacy of Simon Wiesenthal. At the same time, Canadian law enforcement professionals and educators have attended the Tools for Tolerance Programme in Los Angeles.
Hundreds of people from diverse communities have already attended educational workshops in the new Resource and Leadership Training Centre. Over 60 workshops and film screenings are scheduled from September to December 2007. Once fully operational, FSWC expects over 10,000 people will access the facility yearly.
