The Jr. Olympic and Sr. Olympic camps are some of the most popular programs because they allow students to interact with head coaches from the provincial luge, biathlon, and ski jumping programs. Many of today’s Canadian Olympians were in fact introduced to their sport for the first time at Camp Torch. Sessions in these Olympic camps include Ice House/roller luge training, two ski jump sessions, shooting at C.O.P., and firing real biathlon rifles at the Canmore Nordic Centre. The world-class training facilities available create an enticing experience for aspiring young athletes.
